"Great selection of floor covering! Spacious showroom with up to date displays of popular hard services! Great price range for affordable beautiful flooring and wall tile. Our first visit was great because of the very helpful saleswoman. In fact we were able to decide and place an order for wall tile and materials needed. Our second visit was to bring our daughter in to pick out flooring for bathroom. It was on a saturday before noon and moderately busy. Appeared to be well staffed with employees engaged in conversation with customers. But a few employees were visible at a desk chatting together. Which is fine as long as they stop long enough to greet and acknowledge customers. It takes seconds to make eye contact and inquire if they can be of assistance. My husband knows a great deal about hard surfaces and has few questions. ON first visit the helpful saleswoman made a few suggestions that worked out well for him. I enjoyed the experience because she navigated us through the entire process. I wish i had her name to give recognition. I very rarely take time other than giving star ratings to business'. I did because of the extreme difference in our visits. I wanted to be helpful, not just complain about service. Please remember most people need some guidance when it comes to DIY projects. So a Smile and "can I help you" goes a long way! Thanks"

"I come here for the Floor and Decor store. Always find something I can work with. I buy every couple months for projects I do. I got printed cement tile for the laundry this time. Fair prices and up to date style."
