"****UPDATE**** ****DO NOT GO TO TOPP TILE**** This place will grossly overestimate your tile needs and then refuse to take back any leftover tile. We had our bathroom done and were left with one partial box of tile, which is fine, but also, not one, but TWO, unopened boxes of tile which Debbie, the owner, absolutely refused to take back. So consequently, we have to eat the $780.00 that we paid for the unused tile which is difficult since Debbie is the one who estimated how much tile we would need. Also, since Debbie and her husband are the owners, they could easily make an exception and refund our money in the interest of keeping a customer happy. In this time of economic uncertainty, for a business to tell a customer "tough luck, you're out $780.00", is unconscionable. We will be in the market for more tile in the future but will definitely NOT be going there."
