There are a few gems in their staff, but rare. But Lowe's is worse. Follow up. 2 curbside pickups and 2 excellent staff members. HD app still does not work. And after pickup HD app has been sending me notifications to pickup order all week. Whoever runs IT at HD should be replaced."

Got the same answer from them. I ask if there is anyone i can speak with and I am told an emphatic no. I call back and speak to the online ordering department and am able to immediately place the order through them. PISS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. If I wasn't mandated to purchase from HD from my work, I would never go here! If they are seriously so busy they cannot even take an order for two days, then maybe they need to hire some help!"
