"J and M were great from start to finish. I called for counter in kitchen and bathroom. Jose was there the next morning to measure, I went to his warehouse to pick the slab, he had the job ready the next week. His brother and crew came out to install and finished the job in 2-3 hours. Counters look amazing… Would recommend to any friends and family"
"Jose’s team at J&M are top notch. Fast and courteous; and they cleanup after themselves, remove all residue, caulk/seal everything tight, and pay attention to details. The end result was perfect. Used them for our kitchen last year, and again for master bathroom today. Same consistent excellent work. Thank you!"
"Stop your search for countertops. You have arrived at the best place you could ever find. EXTREMELY competitive prices, best customer service, and the most friendly installers you could ever find. Do yourself a favor and visit this place. Thank you Jose you make my home so much better"
"Do you know how it feels to be Scammed? This is exactly the way I feel. They worked fast to sell me something I didn't ask for. I always wanted Sparkling White countertops. I saw this quartz slab in another place and loved it. I kept seeing it in different stores that they sell it an it was always the same. So, I thought that when I said "Sparkling White", they knew exactly what I wanted. Nobody told me to see the slab or showed it to me before selling. They were very eager to sell, but not to take responsibility for their mistake. They sold me something with specks and a few glitters scattered on a CREAM tone quartz. When they installed it (installation process was fine) , I asked again if this was Sparkling White and they assured me that it was white and that the color was different inside the house. I can't say for sure if it was intentional, but it feels like they took advantage of my ignorance and I believed them. After doing my research, I realized they installed a different quartz. The stone name they installed is "White Sparkle" and I learn this information after the installation. The fact that it says "white" on the label doesn't mean it is. A lot of stones are called "white", but description specify the real tone. Specks and a few glitters doesn't make it Sparkling White Quartz. I compared it online on white cabinets with photos, videos and in person in a friend's house, and this is NOT the known Sparkling White. After knowing for sure that they sold me something different and told Jose about it, he decided not taking any responsibility for his mistake. I sent him pictures of the countertops installed and a side by side comparison of a Sparkling White with what he sold me and he does not care to make it right. This company won't give me exactly what I paid for which we all know is not cheap, nor they would at least return part of the money for installing the wrong quartz. I don't know their work with other costumers. This is my first time buying countertops and made the mistake of choosing them. It was between them and another company and I went with it because the wait was 3 days to installation in comparison with the other that was 1-2 weeks. According to my experience, they are not trustworthy for ME and if you choose to go with them, just do yourself a favor and go see the slab. Take good photos of it and DON'T let them install it if you know there is something wrong with it. They will not take any responsibility after installation, even if it's their fault. Here are the photos of what they installed. *Disclaimer: This review only shows my experience with this company and is only intended to educate other buyers with this or other countertop company."
