"There is absolutely no Reason to go to those big box chains for your irrigation needs as long as North South Supply is open. They are conveniently located on Hwy 192 on the east end of St.Cloud, Florida. I was racing against the clock to best the 4:30 closing time, arriving with only a few minutes to spare. I was quickly greeted by Mathew who assisted me throughout the entire purchase. My pump had stopped working and I needed to replace the pressure switch. Mathew was knowledgeable about his product and very made sure I had everything I needed to get water moving back into my home. I learned that he drives just over an hour to and from work, I personally would have been in a hurry to get on the road. Time didn’t seem to phase him. The store is well stocked with wide Open aisles and easy in and out parking. I highly recommendNorth South Supply for all your irrigation or plumbing supplies."

"My well has a sulfur block filter with their information on it. I called to find out how much life should I expect out of the filter as am having problems with it after 23 months of being installed. They avoided to answer my question the 5 times I asked. At the end, they asked me to contact the installer instead for any questions I had about the filter unit, even though ultimately it is a product they have manufactured with their name and telephone number. They claim they do not have any manuals much less any knowledge to answer any specific question about their filter so I could troubleshoot it or reset it myself. I believe every company should be acquainted with their products, especially if it has their name on them, and should be available to offer customer support to the end user. Carrying a name brand brings some sort of liability with it and customer support and warranty is part of that package which at the end is summed on the "suggested retail price" as an added cost. In my case, they failed meeting this important detail. I would be hesitant to recommend their products or their services as a company. Local small businesses should be here to offer that close customer relation that the big box stores do not have. This might be a reason why people rather pay less for an item and support the big box stores instead."
