"I hate to say this but, nobody is ever there to help you load wood off the rack onto your cart, or help you load it into your vehicle. I asked for plastic wrap to secure the part of the 12' Trex boards that hung out of the back of my Jeep, they said they no longer supply it, just string. No help in the store, check yourself out, things shoud be good for them with everybody home doing projects and not going on vacations. Sorry H. D., I wasn't a Happy shopper today."

I check leave the stuff at the customer counter, it's not there it's at the pro desk. Then the orders not right. I will wait a day for amazon to ship to me."
