"Truck drivers never ever come to this place for pickup. This place is very tight, semi’s won’t make turn at entry or exit , only day Cab truck can get here. People here are very disrespectful to drivers. Owner is too. Truckers stop working with these unprofessional people . This place is trash in the world, dirty , trash floats when raining, most of surface is covered with dirty water sitting in many places. You can even walk here. Trash of America. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH MONISON PALLETS."

"The woman who answered the phone barely bilingual. could not answer the simplest question of how much is a pallet. I didn't even have a chance to be a customer, because she frustrated me so badly on the phone. she couldn't tell me if they sold them and stack or singles, if you're going to work for a business and say you're bilingual make sure your English isn't so broken that nobody can understand it. I would have give her props for being in a job like that. she didn't understand me and I didn't understand her. that's not my fault. I don't work there for someone to answer the phone. you better know what you're saying and understanding the questions that asked of you."
