Their knowledge and friendliness made our family outing, with my husband and our two boys, truly special. Despite not catching a large number of fish, we were thrilled with our haul of 5 mackerel and a Bonita. "Captain Mike and his crew did an outstanding job at giving me and my dad the best deep sea fishing experience. This was our first time doing so and I could not be more happy with the choice of choosing Mike and his team out of all the other options of charters that is offered. Me and my dad ending up landing every fish we had on, 3 barracudas, 4 mackerel, a bonita and a mahi! Even though we had no clue what we were doing they still managed to help us get the fish in and cheered us on along the way. I ended up getting quite sea sick, but after laying down for a bit and them making sure I was okay, they put us on a large 46inch barracuda that i reeled in and am now getting mounted as it is the biggest fish I have ever caught. As we made our way back in after our 6 hour trip Mike told us so much about the waters and the history of the area, which in my opinion made the trip even better. Then they filleted our fish for us and made sure it was on ice to keep fresh for our dinner later that night. He recommended southport sushi bar where they cook it for you. Well let me tell you, that did not disappoint either. Definitely the best fish I have ever had. Thank you again Mike for this awesome experience and next time I am in Fort Lauderdale I will make sure to give you a call so we can get back out on the water again."

"Professional! That’s what we have to say about Captain Mike. The night before my wife and I went out Captain Mike called to tell us that it was going to be rough seas and if we wanted to shorten or cancel our trip he would understand with no hard feelings, We still decided to go. And got on the fish right away! We both caught our limit of kingfish quickly and headed out to rougher seas to target bigger fish and Rough was an understatement! 6-8 ft waves but we all toughed it out. Captain Mike constantly checked on me and my wife to make sure we were doing well. His First Mate “G” - Garrett took well care of us! Captain Mike told us that the First Mate is like a waiter who never leaves table side and “G” did exactly that. If you find yourself in Fort Lauderdale, wanting to go deep sea fishing i would highly recommend, Fort Lauderdale Sport Fishing!"

From catching bait fish to getting strapped in the chair to bring that big one on board. We had such a great time for a great price. The boat is fantastic also. All the amenities!! Clean bathroom.
