"Keep changing the name of their shop. The most filthiest nail shop ever. All 10 of my fiance toenails are infected. And all they will say is I'm sorry, I'm sorry THE HELL WITH IM SORRY...CLEAN UP!!!."

"Didn’t care for the waxing that I had. I’m not sure if the wax was to cold or she just wasn’t using enough but the way it pulled at my skin while being applied wasn’t good. It pulled and hurt the skin. Also after waxing my lip and chin there was still hair she had missed. She did such a small strip of wax there is no way that was going to get all of my lip hair. When she was done I had to point out all the hair she missed she went over a small spot again and I just decided to forget it and pay. This was my first time there and I will definitely not go back for waxing."

"Sanitation was not met to standards. An older woman was very inexperienced. Gel manicure was not done correctly very messy and unfinished. Susie tried to fix what went bad. Then the internet went down and they wanted me to pay cash. I didn’t have cash and she took my card to process manually. Not going back especially because of the filth. Just hoping my card won’t be compromised."

"I should have read the reviews before stopping here. Although they were nice and there was no wait, the salon is very dirty. Also, they charged me $20 for a manicure, even though the sign posted says $15 and up. I did not even get color polish, I only did clear. The manicure didn’t even include a hot towel or cuticle oil. I asked if the prices went up, and I was told yes, however they did not apologize for the discrepancy in the posted signage. I definitely will not be back. They also got clear polish on my skin."

"My wife went to go get her nails like she always does every two weeks the places she should we go was close and we were leaving out of the county for a few days so we came to the mall since we were shopping she come out crying the lady cut her skin she Glooze some stickers in charge of $10 for gluing some Mickey Mouse stickers in my wife’s hand and they were coming off and she refused to give me my money back and to redo her nails or she would’ve done redo her nails when I was out OK that’s fine but they refused to do anything else for them this place is on sanitary she does not wash her hands from one clientele to another and I will DB definitely be calling the DBA of Florida on them"
