"I purchased a bandsaw from them, and overall, it was a good experience. The price was lower than other sites and the saw arrived in good working condition. The biggest issue was with the shipping. I had to follow up multiple times throughout the process to make sure it was being processed and shipped. Luckily, I had Erik helping me along the way. He was very responsive and helped check in with the warehouse and freight company along the way. (5 stars for customer service) In addition, the product description listed the item as new and showed it with a mobile base. When it arrived, it looked more like a used and returned item (see photos), and there was no mobile base included. As I said earlier, the machine is in full working order, and the wear is barely noticeable. As other sites charge extra for the mobile base, it makes sense this was not included, but it does feel a bit dishonest to include in the pictures and not mention anywhere else. ***Update*** Erik really went above and beyond. After posting my review, I have since been credited a partial refund for the used condition of the saw, issued a gift card, and received the mobile base pictured with the original post. The explanations given are understandable. I've been assured this is not their normal quality of service and products. I can honestly say I have never had better customer service and would definitely shop here again."
"Where to start? If I could give a zero stars, I would! There is so much wrong and misleading with this company. I work for a construction company, and I source out and order equipment and tools. I tried unsuccessfully to contact the store because we needed tools that their website says are in stock (with counts)and could not get anyone ,just says mail box full on every extension. So I take the leap and purchase 3500. Worth of equipment thinking we will just send one of our guys there to pick up, WRONG! Not one item was in stock in the store that we ordered. Now I'm emailing customer service to see what the issue is as we need these tools ASAP! Customer service emails me back saying tools are at other warehouse? Then, I get emails with Amazon tracking? If I'd known this would be coming from Amazon, I would not have ordered as I needed these right away! Another problem I see on my account is that the order is fulfilled, and we are missing half our order! WARNING: If you run a business and need the tools right away, stay clear of this place unless you are walking in. Website is misleading, customer service is non-existent, and inventory is not accurate! What is the point of having a brick and mortar store and website with inventory counts if not accurate? If I had all the time in the world to wait, I'd just order the tools myself from Amazon!"
"It has been over 2 months and I'm still getting the "run-around" on my order. They pulled a classic "bait & switch" and now will not return my calls or emails. Update: I've responded to the owner's request to email customer service, and nothing has changed. They still do not respond to emails or answer their phone Update: it took over 3 months but I finally got my order."
"Ordered a saw and stand in November. Scheduled for pickup on a Monday. It wasnt in stock. Was told it would be the next Friday (2 weeks). December comes around (a full 4 weeks later) and I had to drive to their location to get a status because they NEVER answer their phone or return messages including the owner who gave me his card. The saw and a stand happened to come in that day. Got to my jobsite 30 minutes away and realized it was the wrong lesser value stand. Drove back. They took it back and told me the right one was on backorder and theyd let me know. Owner seemed upset when I made him sign a receipt saying I gave him the other stand like he made me do when I picked it up. Couple days later I get an email saying it would be 4 weeks and to let them know if Id like to wait, get a partial refund, or a different stand. I replied asking what the partial refund would be...still no response. Its been 41 days since that email and still no contact. Its strange the stand I bought isnt in stock yet since they advertise it on their website still. During the course of this ordeal I have called every number and selected every option I have or could find. They answered the phone exactly zero times. Ive written several emails to various different addresses. Zero responses. Their terms of service require you to contact them within 7 days of receipt for orders that are defective, damaged, or missing items. Items must be exchanged within 30 days, 90 for Dewalt. In the 73 days since I tried to pick up my order not once have I been able to contact CTS via phone or email. I have to drive to their location and I can usually stand at the counter for 5-10 minutes before anyone shows their face. If you order online and dont live close you better pray your order is correct, in proper working order, undamaged, and has all the pieces because you will never get resolution. I will update after I get resolution for my issue. Wish me luck."
