"Extremely rude staff. Staff was uneducated in product knowledge and was more concerned with going on a lunch break than giving even mediocre customer service. Verbally called the customer's request a "problem" the employee got "stuck with" to another employee. These ladies need an attitude adjustment and some training in better customer service. Highly disappointed. To the owner: I was not the customer in this situation. One of your customers picking up material shared their experience with me and I posted this review in lieu of them."
