Jade was professional during the call to setup my appointment (husband overheard and he wanted a pedicure too). We took a wrong turn and called Jade for help. Note: she is in Salon Plex. I signed up for the basic pedicure and upon arrival told Jade I was a bit ticklish. What a treat! She suggested a better nail polish color for me, offered a welcoming relaxing vibe and gave me a wonderful leg/foot massage. So relaxed tickling was kept to a minimum. My husband followed my appointment with the premium pedicure. Not ten minutes later he commented about how awesome the experience was going. My husband and I noted Jade knows her craft.
