"After sales support is terrible. We purchased a $2,000 gate system that failed in 15 months. I was referred to manufacturer that referred me back to them. Zero support from gate crafters and now I’ve had a gate I cannot close for over 3 months. Do yourself a favor and purchase elsewhere."

"Don't waist your money, it will take months, and you'll most likely get damaged and or missing product. Buy from a more professional place, or check it out for yourself. They have an empty pool out front? Why? I don't know. Its sketchy."

"In May, I ordered an actuator arm for my driveway gate from GateCrafters and immediately got an order confirmation, delivery estimate and contact information for Bill Anthony as my sales rep. The process was smooth, order delivered in good condition and on time. And to top it off, the price was lower than most other vendors. Fast forward a month or so and I needed a control board for my gate. I found the correct board and ordered. I received an email from Bill stating that the lead time on the board was 1-2 weeks. I was able to get the board elsewhere quicker, so I asked to cancel the order. Bill was pleasant, promptly cancelled the order and thanked me for my patronage. Excellent customer service even when losing an order. I will definitively use GateCrafters again for future needs."

"By the previous reviews, it is obvious that Gate Crafters was a great company at one time. However, from my recent experience, that is no longer the case. I have been through a long 8 months of dealing with this company with nothing but headaches regarding our custom gate order. Gate Crafters has some great employees, like Bill, and they are great as far as ordering accessories. We had no issues at all ordering our gate opener. Unfortunately, they have big problems when it comes to honest communications and customer satisfaction regarding custom gate orders. We had been promised for five months that delivery was just weeks away, all while they were still advertising an 8-12 delivery window for new gate orders. Our gate arrived over 5 months late and severely damaged from shipping. Then, we had to fight with Gate Crafters to get them to cover the full cost of repairs from the damages, even though they were filing a claim with the shipping company for the repair costs. Very frustrating. Yet, we never received one reply from our many messages to the "Office of the President" of Web Direct Brands..aka Gate Crafters."

Tony has always gone beyond what you might think you would get for customers service. Tony has worked with me off and on most of the day to resolve my gate lock issue. On a Saturday at that. Where can you get that kind of service now. I am super happy with my gate I purchased from Gatecrafters over a year ago now. Everything is holding up well. If you are looking for a great product and 5 star customer service look no further than Gatecrafters."
