"Just wanted to share the experience we had at Smyder one day. We were looking to purchase a Gravely mower from Smyder for our land. When we walked in we were greeted with a nasty salesman who looked down on us because of our age. We were 27 and 28 years old. We both had excellent jobs. I worked at the hospital monitoring brain activity and my husband worked for an engineering company. We had a credit score over 800. We both were prior military and i was actually still not out of the military yet (Reserves). Not to mention being a college graduate. The salesman was super rude to us and wouldn't answer our questions. He acted as though we were wasting his time. It was quit disturbing actually. So, we took our business else where. We went up the road and financed a $10,000.00 mower from Hustler and have been super happy with our purchase. Beware of this Gravely dealer. If the salesman judges you because of your age or whatever superficial judgement he puts on you when you walk in the door, then you wont get treated with respect as a customer no matter how many credentials you have. The whole situation was disgusting."
