"I have been going to Hot Nails for over 8 years. Tam is very creative in her nail art and is compassionate to her clients. Going every 3 weeks for those many years, you really become invested in someone's life. If she wasn't talented, I surely wouldn't waste thousands of dollars, and anyone who knows me can tell you I am very particular!!"

"My friend and I went there yesterday. We wanted a mani and pedi. We were the only ones in there from 4:30-6pm. They didn’t offer us anything to drink. We asked if they had anything and they only had water. My friend and I wanted our nails done together. They ended up doing my pedi first and her nails first instead. The pedi wasn’t very good. The water was cold and they didn’t rub or scrub my feet much. The toe nail polished was messed up. Then I got a manicure and the lady was hurting me. My nails are all crooked and a mess. It was not worth $80! I will not be coming back."

"No hand massage with the manicure. And i didn't know I had to ask them to use the green scrub when getting a pedi - they never told me they have 2 diff pedi's! I would have paid the extra $3. Absolutely no massage with pedi either....and NOT a relaxing pedi when the other nail tech is sitting directly across from me yakking on her cell phone the entire time. I will NOT be back!"

"I was hesitant to try this place given the reviews but ownership must have switched over because my boyfriend and I had a great time! We came in as a walk-in for two pedicures and they were able to take us right away. The nail tech did a good job with my pedicure, nothing was sloppy or lacking in services. Prices are good and not crazy high or unfair. The salon is clean and neat with friendly staff! I would come back again when Im in the area."
