"Unfortunately 2out 3 times now I have had a issue with this nail salon. My acrylic separated from my nail bed within 4 days the first time. Went back a second time with no problem willing to pay full price again to have fixed w/ at least 20% tip. Did a great job 2nd time.The third time today was the most uncomfortable experience I've ever had leaving a nail salon. Don't think I've ever felt more singled out or embarrassed than I did today."

"It is hit or miss here. Kevin, my 15 yr old daughters nail tech today, swore this was coffin shape. Even the girl at the front desk agreed, this is SQUARE. All we asked was that the extra charge for coffin shape be removed. He absolutely would not adjust the price, removing the extra fee for coffin shape. So, in compensation for unfair pricing and AWFUL customer service, he got no tip. HOWEVER, the tech, Jay, who did my nails today was as sweet as pie, did a fantastic job, and got a huge tip! My advice, request Jay, refuse to let Kevin touch your nails!"

"I come here with my sister. And i love coming here. They do just a beautiful job on my nails. Very friendly and fun staff. Average pricing. And decor with giant chandelier is gorgeous. Will definitely keep coming back!!!"

"I have actually been a regular with Oasis since 2014! I adore getting my nails done and they always help me feel so pampered. The salon is always clean and has fun yet chill music playing which lends to the atmosphere. My regular nail specialist is Nancy but I don’t mind going to others when I need a quick fix (but I do usually plan in advance as they can be busy!) In short, I love this salon and despite moving to Lakeland 3 years ago, I still make the trek out to Winter Haven just for this treat!"
