"I literally just left the salon and I usually have a decent visit here but this time the nail cutting all over the floor, the gruffness of Lucy, and this was my manicure. My cuticles weren’t pushed back and it’s pretty apparent I needed the longer nails cut down to be in some type of unison with a couple that had broken and the rough edges were a shame. They also didn’t clean under the nail or buff them as I asked. My pedicure was also rushed and I’ll be going to another salon tomorrow to fix what they did and what they didn’t do. It was not a good experience and sadly they lost a customer today that usually leaves a great tip. Maybe if anyone does go back they should at least ask for Holly. She seems a bit more invested in making sure you have a positive visit."
