"While the new salon management is exponentially better than the previous, it still needs some work. MyAnn is always pleasant and soft spoken, while Ana is not as welcoming. If a customer expresses dissatisfaction with a service, it shouldn't be a five minute conversation of why. Being dismissive is a regular practice for the new set of owners. However, Amanda is the shining star at Chloe's for me! Admittedly, I'm quite picky with my pedicures, but she makes it her business to pay close attention to my request and doesn't make me feel like I'm asking for too much as a paying customer. Her work and patience ate outstanding! Ari is also great!"

"Angie did my nails today and I have never been so in love! I did a Gel X Full set and they turned out absolutely beautiful! I have been a loyal client to Angie and have followed her from salon to salon and she never disappoints!"

"I love Chloe’s Nail Bar! Raven has been doing my nails for a while now and she NEVER disappoints! She is so creative and precise with her designs and nail shaping! Not to mention she is amazing to sit and chat with or be silent if you don’t feel like talking. Everyone at the salon is always so welcoming and happy to see anyone new come in! It’s such a treat getting my nails done at Chloe’s!"

"New owners are a disgrace! The prices are outrageous for what you get. The girls are completely unprofessional and always running late. One girl managed to continuously smudge each nails as she painted them. She had to re-do at least 5 of my nails but I still had to go to another salon the next day to have them re-done since they were closed on a Sunday. A $32 pedicure when I don't even want polish is completely unreasonable. I asked the owner if she could take a few dollars off since I'm saving her at least 10 minutes putting coats of polish on. She refused and said if I was going to complain, I could go somewhere else! Not sure why they even send surveys out! Good luck to this owner with her attitude. She'll be out of business soon enough!"

"extremely disappointed . i gave this nail salon a try and my experience was not good. While she was doing my nails i told her how i wanted it over 5 times. She kept telling me she’s giving me a very big discount, she also cut me. Once i left the nail salon one of my nails broke , i tried to call but i guess they were closed. I ended up going to another nail salon to see if they could fix it, they then told me the acrylic wasn’t applied right and that my nails were lifting already, mind you this was the next day. I had to remove all my nails and get a new set because they couldn’t fix the mistakes. i would like someone to call me because this is very unacceptable, i would like a refund since this is , one not what i asked for multiple times , two acrylic wasn’t applied , nails broke and were lifting ."
