"I've been to so many nail salons here in Tampa and none of them listened to what I wanted. They insist that jell powder is non existence, but kingdom nails heard me and did exactly what I wanted. Danny was sooo awesome. I came in disappointed but I left with a wonderful big smile on my face!!!!"

"Came in tonight for a fill & pedicure. My pedicure was fantastic! But the fill not so much at first. I felt like my fingers were being drilled too much, I would rather the gel be removed with the acetone. The guy who started to fill & file did not do a great job, so the owner (I think) fixed my nails, my pinky nail is a little off but only I can tell. Overall, I love that they were willing to fix my nails until I was satisfied. I think I would definitely go back. Thank you! ☺️"

"I was really hopeful about this place but my experience was not the best. I first called and said that I had a set that needed to refilled and also wanted my nails reshaped as well as a pedicure . I do tend to stutter (all my life) but I made sure I said what I needed. The guy that did my nails, I felt he was rushing. He kept filing my nails and it kept hurting me. I’ve said “Ouch!” To him about 4 times. It was to the point that my thumb kept bleeding and be kept saying “Sorry! Sorry!”. I don’t know know it was not communicated to him about filling (and it was obvious as well since my nails needed to be refilled). I do feel bad that I didn’t understand him (Spanish is my main language) but I guess he misunderstood and didn’t refill my nails. I was on my phone watching a show and when I looked, after he had out gel and painted my nails, that my nails were not filled. I kept seeing all these caves in and I immediately said “No!” They looked horrendous. He kept telling me it was my fault that I didn’t say I wanted it refilled. Again, language barrier but I didn’t mention it on the phone call. He did refill them and repainted them. Thank you for that and my feet came out real nice. It was just the causing me pain 4 times and the refilling that I’m giving 3 stars."
