"If I could give a zero star I would , every time I came here the lady that does the pedicure charges extra to do things that are usually included in pedicures. Not only that each time I came I got the same thing full set & pedicure each time I paid a different price also keep in mind I also get short & square it’s literally ridiculous I will never go back nor would I recommend"

"Poor service! Him and his mom so cheap and they want hire anyone. The mom is the only one that does pedicures and she can’t see! She always taking the skin off my feet. Tommy does great service but he needs help and his mom is not it!! The mom does my eyebrows every 2 weeks and she always say come to me baby I fix your eyebrow for … lady what are you talking about! You take my money every 2 weeks and you don’t know who I am!! I can’t wait to find somewhere else. Making an appointment is useless!!"

"Aight, so boom. This place is really cheap, which is cool, but you get what you pay for. There is no price list here so they can charge you whatever and then the next person whatever. Came here for a gel set on my nails and toes. Here we are a week later. Updated pic included too. The hospitality here is very forced and I felt uncomfortable the whole time. Spend ya coins somewhere else love."

"A friend referred me to her nail technician Amy because my nail tech was booked for the day… I went in to have a polish change on my toes and nails fill-in. I sat in the chair at about 2:00 and by 2:35 she was basically attempting to be about done with both services. This lady was in such a rush that she didn’t even use the drill to smooth around acrylic after she had put it on. She filed my nails after putting on the acrylic, buffed it, put oil, and told me to go wash. See pictures (post wash)… Needles to say I stopped service before it was even completed. I then called my nail technician and begged her to squeeze me into a cancelled spot for the day to fix this incomplete service. I’m about all about quality service and care…I’ve only been going to VIP Nails in Brandon since I moved here a year and a half ago and will NOT ever bother going/trying anyone else in Tampa… Ask for Kim, if you visit.
