"Use to come here all the time but I no longer will be coming here. Came to do a pedicure and the lady did an absolutely horrible job. I kept telling her what to trim and what to shape. She acted as of she couldn’t cut my cuticles. I almost took the nail file and starting doing it myself. The shape was horrible and wasn’t matching my other foot. She thought it was appropriate to start pulling gel nail polish on my toes without throughly trimming, shaping and cleaning my toes. While doing my massage she pinched me and thought it was funny. I didn’t think it was! The white of the French was absolutely horrible. I expressed my frustration and concerns to her she caught and attitude and asked someone else to service me. The man that came to service me, looked at my toes and shook his head because she did such a horrible job! Thankfully the man was extremely nice and did a beautiful job on my feet!"

"I have been a loyal customer of Blossom Nails since the day they opened (I believe it is around 5 years now) and plan to continue to be as long as I live in Tampa, no matter which area I live in I will come here. All of the specialists are wonderful, respectful, very attentive and ensure that each client is satisfied. I have done my pedicure and manicure with most of them. I have a special connection with Mary for pedicure and although we are unable to communicate with words based on language barrier, she can sense what I need and goes above and beyond every single time, treating me with car and is very attentive to details. I have come to care for Mary and the team as family, they are humble, noble and wonderful people besides their professional knowledge all of them exhibit the same wonderful demeanors. Sometimes I witness people who are rude and inpatient when they haven't even made an appointment and they still treat them with respect and always try their best to accommodate. I also do my Tap nails with Mimi who is a wonderful human being as well, and extremely talented. Dao and Ben also have worked with me and I appreciate them for their professionalism and person as well. I always thank them for their wonderful work but I hope this review indicates how grateful I am as I am a very picky customer and they have always done right by me and I think this is a 5 star Nails Spa Salon where the staff works very hard to take care of each customer. "I’ve been here twice and both times my gel polish was chipping off almost immediately after. I gave them a second chance against my better judgement and the guy that did my nails did a sloppy job. He didn’t even file the nails to make sure they were neat and the same shape… until he noticed me looking at them. I will say that they were nice, but that’s the only positive I have unfortunately. Definitely will not return. The quality is lacking"

"Had a full set and pedicure done with Mimi. She was excellent. She understood what I wanted and needed. She provided awesome service and work. The acrylic is colored acrylic with clear top coat. The pedicure I chose included special treatment for heels and even hot rock massage. It was AMAZING! I’m ready for my next visit! Everyone was very nice and they all wore masks too."
