"The tech grabbed my toe nail while I was talking with my daughter and ripped out a strip of it on the right side, right down to the nail bed! I let out a scream. She said she looked ingrown! It wasn’t! Apparently it was her first day! In my 60 years I’ve never had a pedicure tech who acted a licensed podiatrist! Now it’s infected 3 days later!! It’s the right side of the big toe. No excuse for this!! They will be hearing from me."
