"Very unprofessional salon owners. They argue with customers in front of the whole place about pricing and policy. I’ve never seen anything like it. Also very dirty and grimy chairs for pedicures. The kid section is VERY dirty. I noticed the owner just sitting around and then walking by and time checking the employees to hurry and move on to the next guest. This place needs to be closed down."

"Don’t bother with this place. Spent a lot of money on a dip manicure and gel pedicure. The lady didn’t even try to paint my toenails correctly. She ended up painting the polish over the nail and toe so that it immediately started peeling and looks terrible. I had to file it myself just to try to salvage it. The dip manicure was the absolute WORST manicure I have ever received. The nails bend. They are not supposed to bend. This is dip powder. As a result, the nail is brittle and within FOUR days of getting my manicure, the first nail broke. The paper thin tip broke and took my nail with it. Then five more nails went. It’s day 8 and if I wasn’t on vacation I would’ve gotten a new set at a new salon on day 6. My nails are RUINED. My beautiful long nails all broke because of this terrible job. I have to get them all cut down to the skin because of this. If you care about your nails and get your nails done regularly, do NOT go here"

"Wanted to love this place but unfortunately after a 2+ hr service due to being short staffed, I am on day 5 of my hard gel manicure and almost all of my nails have broken off, two of them extremely painful. I just broke another (middle finger) opening the refrigerator??I have never had this issue before, the application was just too thin and I don’t think they let it dry/cure enough between coats. Got this done on Saturday and by Sunday morning two had already broke. Paid wayyyyy too much money to now have to get another set done before the holiday weekend."

"I have been going here since before they moved to the new location. My mom usually treats my sister and I to a mani/pedi when she's in town. I love that they treat my mom like a queen. And my niece has really enjoyed the hello kitty chair! The day before I gave birth, I took my dad with me for his first ever pedicure and now he asks to go back every time they're in town! Very reliable excellent service. I have some favorite nail technicians here, but have never had a bad mani/pedi here...just some even better than others."

"We were visiting from Houston and we wanted to get manicures and pedicures before our cruise leaving out of Tampa. We found this place which was in the vicinity of our hotel. There are a dozen nail salons in the area, but this one in particular had great reviews. We were instantly greeted by the owner and he offered us a beverage. We had a seat in amazing massage chairs and were handed white wine and menus. The nail technicians were very sweet and did a great job. The spa pedicure was $25 and included a hot stone massage which was wonderful. I loved the 80s music playing in the shop, Michael Jackson and Blondie are always fun. My girlfriend asked for a very specific style of nails for our cruise, and the technician did a great job bringing the idea to life. Her manicure was more expensive than what we were expecting and it was a little frustrating communicating that idea, but the end result was worth it. Thank y’all for accommodating our crazy request."
