"Overpriced!!! I was charged $115 for a regular pedicure, fill, 2 designs, and 2 nail repairs! I have NEVER been charged this much!!! No fancy pedicure, chair barely massaged! I was even supposedly charged for taking off gel polish!! Design came out wrong!! I'm disgusted at the overpricing!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!"

"I suspect that a lot of these reviews are fake. I will give 2 stars because the ladies were nice. Unfortunately, I don't understand how this salon gets any type of repeat business. The ladies clearly did not know how to perform a manicure or pedicure and left nail polish all in the crevices of my fingernails and on the sides of my fingers. I actually had to buy nail polish remover afterwards. I suspect the salon gets any business at all because it's close to Tampa International Airport and attracts a lot of non-locals who don't know any better, and are from out of town anyway so they don't return. The ladies are very friendly that much is true, but they are just not trained to perform services on your nails. I hate to say this but just Save your money and go elsewhere."

"as soon as I walked into Galaxy nail salon, the place was Beyond welcoming, beautiful and very clean. The staff there did an amazing job on both my pedicure and manicure and went out of their way to make sure that they stay late to do so. I'm definitely going back and I'm a realist so if I say it's the truth, it's definitely worth your while prizewise and quality-wise"

"Worse nail salon Ive been to. Stay away from this place. First off they were understaff. Barely had any dip powder colors to choose from. Pedicure was unsanitary and the lady was rushing; it was poorly done. The guy who did my nails at least tried but left my nails feeling sharp and uncomfortable. Only reason I stood was because I didn’t have time that day to go elsewhere. I get my nails done A LOT and I can tell they were not pros at their job I’m not sure where they got their licenses. It definitely was not worth the money spent and I will not be returning. Next day my nails are already breaking, chipping and look cracked. My birthday is coming up and now Im going to have to look for a professional to fix what they did to my nails. Ive never been so disappointed."
