"They did a great job on my nails but I would not go back. Here's why. The main nail lady greeted me and was polite as were all the other nail techs for the most part. Only thing with them was they kept trying to insist I get gel polish even when I said I just wanted regular polish twice. Gel is more expensive obviously so this is clearly why they push it. Then I guess it was just my luck that my nail tech was unfriendly to say the least. Not even a hello how are you. I'm never looking for lengthy conversation but the bare minimum should be there. Just started on my nails after the instructions I gave her. At first I thought maybe she couldn't speak but she spoke to the other techs in her language just fine. Then at the end when I tipped her not even a thank you. Sad bc the nail service was good, but the customer service from her was abysmal. Enough to turn me off from this place entirely. I just thought I would go here in a whim to try it bc it's closer to me than heavenly nails which is so much more superior. She was an older looking woman with grey hair and glasses, no name tag. Guess I'll just make the drive and keep going to Heavenly Nails."

"This is my new favorite salon. Holly is my nail tech and I will not go to anyone else but her. (Just my personal preference) she gets me together and I don’t have any issues. This place is very clean and they offer water with your pedicures. I had fresh aloe Vera pedicure(can’t remember the name) and it was amazing I can’t wait to try the other options they have."

"Update: Winter 2021. Least expensive pedicure is now $37. Average pedicure. Person doing pedicure made a cell phone call while working on my feet. Not ok. Update: Fall 2021. They took down all the plastic protective barriers. I was not aware the pandemic was over. Only second pedicure in a year because of pandemic. My usual place was too crowded and there were not many precautions. Bello Nail Bar has excellent Covid precaution - see pictures. Solid pedicure as well. Friendly staff."
