"I had high hopes because this place was recommended by a friend. I made us an appointment for our nails and we were the only ones in the shop and were on complete opposite ends of the salon from one another. No one offered us a drink or anything. I mentioned that one of my nails looked strange and she said, “you’ll get used to it” my gel nail polish is wavy… not smooth. I could’ve done this myself. There was just little to no care from the technician. The owner seems so sweet (she did my friend’s nails and her nails looked great). I’m giving 4 stars because it’s not the owners fault that other people don’t put in as much effort… it’s just sad. Their AC was broken and the landlord is telling them they have to pay for it and I think that’s just wrong… she can’t take the AC with her if she decides to relocate and it Shouldn’t be her problem imo."

"Owner is detail oriented and still quick. She clearly knows ins and outs about different styles nails. I came in requesting full set but short and natural looking. She did exactly how I wanted and suggested a color a better, neutral color. The acrylic nails she did were strong and still short and thin looking like natural nails."

"First time visit to this salon while visiting my best friend in Tampa. This place was great! Very clean, comfy chairs (and the massage feature was FANTASTIC!), and GREAT customer service from the whole staff. Mimosa in hand, massage chair in motion..I had the pleasure of having Kristina for my pedicure and she was AMAZING. Very personable, very witty, and great at what she does. Next time I'm in the area from New Hampshire visiting - I will DEFINITELY be back! Great place people- get in there!!"

"First visit amazing. Wonderful service and experience. Enough to where I planned to return. 2nd Visit was a nightmare. Call ahead to get appt to only show up to find out "the husband" didnt mark it down. They try to now work in two appts in one time with one person. I say ok and then say I want the "milk and honey" pedi. I sit back and watch her squeeze oranges over my legs. Milk honey....ummm Now the woman i was with which also had appt is sitting waiting for her to show up. As I type this my feet are sitting in this room temp water while the tech whos name is "1" is working on another persons nails. Because she is going between people the hot towel wrap has now become a cool towel wrap. Hot stone massage has turned into luke warm sat out stone massage. This was a waste of time and money. I have lost these minutes of my life that I can never get back. I went in stress-free and left aggravated feeling ripped off."
