"So glad I finally found an amazing and consistent nail salon in the area. Sally has been doing my dip powder nails for several months now and she is the best. It's the longest I've been able to go between appointments without chipping or cracking. I had a set last over 4 weeks and only changed them bc I wanted a new color lol. She shapes them perfectly as well and is always spot on with my reference photos. Highly recommend!!"

"There are some amazing technicians at this establishment; however, there is ZERO guarantee that you will get one on any given day. I have gone here for months, and the quality has been so up and down that I dreaded going in there with friends. I came in with a dip manicure done 1.5 weeks ago that was already chipping, and asked to have another dip manicure done. My nail tech did not soak it off and instead drilled off my nails and made them paper thin, even nicking my skin more than once. I asked her to just use clear polish instead of applying dip again, knowing my nails were damaged. She did not remove all the residue from the previous manicure and pained clear polish over my nails. She tried to charge me for this service, and I had to point out how this was unacceptable. Ultimately, they did not charge me for this manicure, but I did pay with over 2.5 hours of my time this morning. Lastly, I tried to leave a review on my Google account connected to Heavenly Nails and I found that they blocked me from leaving a review. This is incredibly unprofessional behavior and it makes me wonder how many other people had a similar experience and were blocked from leaving an honest review. I am extremely disappointed and will never go back to this establishment."
