"April was awesome helping me pick out the tile for my bathrooms and flooring. The install was beautiful! One little chip in bathroom tile and never could get them to come back to fix. Sounds petty but with a beautiful tile surround in tub that chip really stands out. Have called numerous times, lots of jobs in this area wouldn't take but a minute to drop in to fix. Correction Dennis came by and fixed it! Now I'm a super happy camper!"
"Unfortunately, if you have extra unopened tile or LVP flooring, they are unable to take anything back. It is disappointing. They recommend you to buy more incase it is on backorder later. We had 6 unopened LVP flooring boxes and several unopened tile boxes. Wish I would have purchased from Lowes."
