"i’ve come here since i started getting my nails done, for years lol. then i started doing my own and just recently got back into going to the salon. usually i request taylor, she does an amazing job. unfortunately she was not there on sunday when i went in but i needed a fill BAD so i decided to sit with someone ive sat with a long time ago. bad idea, he didn’t listen to me when i said my shape 5 times and did specifically what i asked him NOT to do. he gave me an almond shape when i asked for rounded and to “fix” it he had to file my nails down to the nub and i still had to ask for a file on my way out. i was excited to finally be on my natural nails and not tips bc they’ve finally grown out. they were all different shapes when he was done, and the skin on the sides and under of my nails is raw from over filing. i don’t remember his name but he always wears a jade necklace. if you get him request to wait for someone else. it’s not the first time this has happened with him. my mom had a pedicure with him last week and he cut her twice. like i said taylor is AMAZING so i will be returning. i think the colors i chose look good but i wish i could leave a better review but unfortunately im very unhappy with my service from him. it’s not about the color on top it’s about the shape and comfort of my hands."
