If I would have known I was going to be charged $25 for a regular manicure , I wouldn’t have got one .knicked one of my fingers . The website says $20."

"Shop was clean but not relaxing. Loud cultural music and a lot of chatter among operators. Technician cut my toe so deeply, it is still bleeding 2 days later after 2 showers and about 3 hours in the pool."

"I went in at 2 PM to get a manicure and pedicure and eyebrows. Also lashes done. But instead of me getting all of that, I only left with a manicure and pedicure after almost 3 hours. M so not satisfied with my nails. The worst I’ve ever had done. The guy doing my nails was rushing to complete the job not to satisfy his customer. He also accuse me of bumping my nails when I know I didn’t. He just didn’t paint my nails right and I have fingernail polish all over my cuticles. The shaping was horrible and not shaped correctly. Acrylic was not layed. properly. I made up my mind in that chair to forget about the lashes and the eyebrows since he couldn’t even do my nails right! I decided to give this place one last chance and they failed miserably. I will never come back again! A waste of time and money! I will continue to go to fancy nails instead! I would have given more than a $5 tip if my nails didn’t look like a kindergartner did them."
