"I will NEVER return again! I normally go to Cindy but she’s off on Sundays. I brought my daughters and I to get our nails and feet done. They had me wait for two hours as they serviced my daughters just for the two males in the two front desk to later tell me they are booked and busy and can’t serve me. It took the pedi lady who don’t usually do nails to help me. I appreciate her luckily I was doing short French so she was able to do it if not I would NOT have been service. Sorry to loose Cindy as a nail tech but they will never see me again"

"Whatever you do don't let Henry touch your nails ,he's rude ,not only my nails are not the same length ,he painted them horribly,and I had acrylic on my big toes from previous place and he went to put more on top without removing the one I had , and also they were not the same length I told him he told me he knows what he's doing , don't tell him what to do ,and gave me attitude,and said something in his language,I'm pretty sure he cussed me out in his language,I've been disappointed before a nail shops and never wrote a review but this one I just had too he did a horrible job"

"I'm new to the Orlando area, and my fiance told me about this place. He usually goes here to get his feet done. When I walked in I noticed the place was beyond dirty!! There was nothing clean in this place! If I didn't need my nails removed by Monday and this was Saturday I would have shopped around a little more! However, I will never return to this salon again and nether will my fiance!!"

"I took my daughter to get a refill. They told me to write her name, our phone so they could call us when it was her turn, and what service she wanted. I wrote her name and refill. When it was our turn she called and said is your daughter still doing the refill? I said yes a refill please. My daughter goes in and I just decided to go in and make sure they understand what to do and to prepay. Get in there this woman cut off my daughters nails completely and is sticking nails on to do a full set. She still had the nerve to try to check me and told me my daughter wants a fullset. I said what did you ask for? My daughter said a refill and is in tears. Other customers looking at me saying yes. So I then said I'm the mom I said refill I wrote refill and I told you refill on the phone! The problem with these people we continue to give them our money. They don't respect us they don't value us and unfortunately we like doing these things. The system is failing us cuz they come here and act like they don't speak English or some of them really don't speak English. So how are we supposed to communicate? And they ignorant with it! But if they think it was gonna be a beat down in there they would have got the right one! I seen videos of them beating up people in nail salons but lord oh LordT!! Amen!"
