"Turn onto Bulldog Rd. They are behind Hiller to right Delivery here was fast and easy. Flatbeds pull in the truck entrance. Dry box you can make the loop at the culdesac and back from the street into the dock by the exit. I pulled in and drove thru the unload area for flatbed and came out the exit to back in the dock on the right at exit. Either way works I am sure. Nice friendly people."

"Wasn’t going to do a review, but just feel like I should, if for no other reason that it may help future/would-be customers. Some things were good, some really bad. Salesman was difficult to work with at times, but good at times. I’m an inexperienced do-it-yourselfer so I needed a lot of help and had a number of questions. Salesman apparently thought too many to the point that he blocked by number. First time anything like that has happened to me in my life. Talked to the manager, who was much nicer. Had spent over $5K on a fireplace kit from them. Later during installation I needed to swap a 4’ pipe ($285) for two each 1’ pieces ($290 total). They charged me the $5 difference plus a 20% restocking fee ($57), even though I was basically swapping out evenly priced items. Didn’t break the bank to pay that, but it was a missed opportunity to put salve on an injured customer. Swing and a miss."

"I had the salesman come out and try to match the brick, no luck there. I ended up finding the match myself and placing the order over the phone. My quote from the salesman was about $1,500 - my total when I ordered was $2880. I was told it would be here in less than a week, now its scheduled (so I'm told) to be here at just shy of a month. Apparently, the salesman "doesn't know whats in stock and is unfamiliar with the delivery process, but he's a great salesman." True, he sold a product at a price and timeline that he was unfamiliar with and that was never going to happen. Coastal Brick was able to get it here within a week, I would love to order from them however North Florida Brick wont allow me to cancel my order without charging me the full mount EVEN THOUGH they met not one of their conditions. Oh, by the way the total cost for the same materials at Coastal Brick is $1,400. Call me and make this right and I will gladly take this review down..."

"Went here to buy some fire bricks for an outdoor pizza oven. Went pretty smooth despite the fact the guy who sold us the bricks kept trying to convince us to buy a kit. Literally all we wanted was the bricks. The oven worked great by the way. Great effort from sales guy just tone down the pushing a bit"
