"My visit to QTile was a letdown. Despite hearing that they had a great selection of tiles, I was met with a rude greeting from a woman who didn't bother to welcome me or apologize for the inconvenience of needing an appointment. When I explained that I had driven 30-45 minutes to get there and nothing is mentioned on the door or online about appointments, she responded with a dismissive eye roll and allowed me to browse. Assume she was the owner after talking to fellow locals about my experience and them having similar. However, the negative attitude and high up charged 30a prices made it clear that this was not a store I wanted to do business with. In fact, I found similar tiles at other local stores and online for a fraction of the cost. I would advise others to skip QTile and explore other options in the area."
