Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

"I walked into this store and there were four "employees" leaning against the back counter. Not one of them welcomed me or asked if I needed help. I walked around the store and couldn't find what I needed. I approached the counter and asked for the product. A woman employee never answered but looked at me and pointed to a shelf while she continued to lean against the back counter. I purchased all that they had. Upon checking out the cashier asked if I needed a bag. I said yes so he smugly handed one to me. Too lazy and rude to bag a customer's purchase. The whole staff was lazy and rude. Rest assured I will never return."

"I have been coming to this store for my painting needs for the past 5 years. I had the DISpleasure with an associate there today named Christina. I am still recovering/reconstructing my home after hurricane sally. I had bought a gallon of paint back in January that had leaked from the bottom all over my garage floor. I am just getting around to returning to the store to exchange it. Christina not only told me the associate selling me the paint in January sold me the wrong kind but then proceeded to argue with me and not give credit on the exchange. I’m told leaking cans happen (of which the other associate offered) but this apparently very unhappy (never smiled, devoid of social skills) person, Christina, would not credit a longtime customer for a faulty can of paint. Upon arriving, none of the employees wanted to help her and when they did, they either had no clue about what colors match with existing house colors or were more concerned with their smoke break outside. We will not use this store again."
