"I have made a 5:30 appointment early in the day right as they opened up. When I arrive for my appointment, I was asked if I was going to do a pedicure and I said yes please. As I waited through my pedicure, I noticed the appointment before my was still going on. After my pedicure was done, it was a little after 6 PM and I waited till 6:45 before someone even thought to start my nails then I was stuck because now they had started my nails by removing the color but left me sitting there waiting for my fill. At 7:20 I told her never mind just do my fill and give me a clear code cause I have to drive back to Tampa where I live. All I got was an apology and a bill for $100. This will be my last time going to Pretty Nails."

"I will give them props when it comes to dealing with children they were great with my daughter. However she got gel polish and as soon as we got home the polish just started sliding off her fingers. I got a full set acrylic and they were supposed to be coffin shape they look they almonds. They are all uneven and I picked a green color and they are gray. Two of the nails have already fell off. $65 for what??"

"I tried to give this place a chance because it's right across the street from where I live. I just moved to Lakeland . The first time I was charged almost $100 for a pedicure and to have my own nails painted. I got gel polish and it chipped within the first week. Went back right before my vacation and ask them when I got there how much he told me $65 dollars for my nails and my pedicure when I went to check out it was$87 to have my nails painted one color and and the pedicure I told him he told me a different price when I got there and now he raised it. First week into my vacation my nail polish chipped again. Never again"
