"I was just on thefe this morning g and got a fill and showed the lady a picture of how I wanted them. They are completely different then what I asked for and she did t do a good job fling in my nails. I am very disappointed. however my eyebrows look amazing."

"I am very disappointed with how my nails look, it was my first time at that location. I was rushed and my nails look horrible. My niece is a nail tech and even said my nails look like the were done a week ago and would soon need a fill. I got them done for a special event and I’m gonna end up having to go somewhere else to get them redone. I repeatedly had to tell the nail tech to fix my polish because she didnt polish my whole nail. I also showed her a picture of exactly what I wanted, she took my payment before polishing and then when I asked her if she was doing my design she said she didnt charge me and it would be 17$ more, 17$ added to the already 70$ I had just spent! I will NEVER be back and I will never refer anyone to this location. They rush you and don’t do the job you pay them for. Mind you this picture is a day after my nails were done."

"I have been going to this salon for over 10 years. Each time I go in, my nail tech already has the color and design ready for me because she knows exactly what i like. Every tech is extremely friendly and they strive to give their customers the best experience. The shop is absolutely beautiful inside, its always clean and such a pleasure each time I go. They even provide punch cards for $25 off after so many visits. I will never go to another salon even if I moved out of the lutz area."
