"I have been going to Touch Nails on 56 for five years. Never have I had a bad experience. For the past 2.5 years I have been going to Cara. Cara is always pleasant and personable. She remembers what I like and is always helping me try new things. She is quick and talented at her skill. I can honestly say my nails never chip and I have never had to go back to have one fixed. Cara is the first nail technician I have ever came across that has made me feel comfortable enough to continue to request her and over the years has became my friend. I definitely recommend Cara at aTouch for your next mani or pedi."

"Let me just say this is a beautiful nail salon but they didn’t give me what I asked for. I went in today to get my eyebrows done. When I came in I was greeted right away which was a plus for me. Next a lady comes who’s going to do my eyebrows apparently. She asks me how do I want my eyebrows? Do I want a cleanup etc. I say to her I want my brows to be a little thinner than what they are because they grow back so fast ( more like medium ).. she proceeds to do my eyebrows. She shows me I’m like I want them more thin as I stated to you. She says well if I do them thinner they’re not going to look right etc.. etc.. At this point I’m ready to go because I’m paying you my money not yours and I already ask / explained to you what I wanted . If you pay attention to the video & pictures you can definitely see they’re not the same size (uneven) . She took my wing clean off the end. The price isn’t the issue it’s the fact that I paid for something I didn’t want. Then she goes I can do them thinner ; at this point my question is “Do you even know what I want?” “ Can you only clean up brows & not actually shape them how a client desires”? I’m good and I will never come back. This wasn’t a good experience at all. I pray this doesn’t happen to anyone else whether it’s nails, pedicure, waxing, etc but I’m not pleased and it’s a lesson learned going forward."

"Jen was my nail tech today she was fun , did my nails with joy , she was in the moment took her time on me . I appreciate that. Tung Le did my toes. He was great with my feet , made me feel good about my selection. He said silly things to break the ice as well . Both very great at their profession. I highly recommend them . Price is worth it ."
