"I have been using Action appliance for many years, most recently in December 2023 when my LG oven would not heat up after having a part replaced 151 days prior. Action determined it was the same part and even though the part was just outside the 90 day warranty period and LG said they would not cover it. That didn't stop Action Appliance who went to bat and escalated the decision to LG Management but told me not to get my hopes up in getting LG to pay for the part/repair of the oven. You can imagine my excitement when Connie emailed me and said they not only would cover the part but the labor as well! As I have often said, Life is Good if you have Action Appliance working on your behalf. They are truly customer focused and I recommend them without reservation for any appliance repair whether it is in warranty or not."
