"If I could give negative stars I would! SCAMERS!!! These people took $480.00 from me for jet skis. They told me we could pay them when we got to the meeting place. They then loaded me and my family on a boat took us out to the middle of no where and demanded we pay them in cash for the jet skis. We felt we were in danger and paid them. They then took us out to a plat form in the middle of nowhere with two broke down jet skies. After being left o. The plat form for over an hour we were finally able to go back to land. We never got to ride jet skis and we didn’t receive our money back! I did speak with the Miami PD and they said stay away from these people they are bad people they are known for scamming people and they are building a case in this company. Stay away from this company they are anything but good."

"Very confusing how to book room on sight and where to check in and stuff. the room we’re kind of bad the door did not close all the way so you heard everything in the hallway and the locks were barely screwed on. felt very unsafe. and yea there were mold in the bathroom"

"Horrible experience, room M21 was unpleasant, there was a lot of smell of humidity and urine, you couldn't even stay on the second level. all the curtains and furniture were torn and dirty. The electricity went out for 3 hours, and a hotel employee claimed that a child playing turned off the breaker, then agent Lola told us that it was a neighborhood problem, but the other buildings were lit. We had to leave the building almost at midnight and other clients did too. Our vacation was a nightmare."

"The worst experience that I could have. L&D employees are very good and helpfull, but the hotel (Castle Hotel) seems to be bankruptcy. Several sockets and lamps not works, dirty (both room and the hotel's common area), very old and badly maintaned structure (doors, lockers, showers and faucets), and I also found a cockroach in my room. Last, but not least, the valet service is a nightmare as well. Increadbly how this hotel is still working, really sad to saw it."

"Lola is a lifesaver!!! We initially booked 3 night stay with Girasole Apartments in Castle Beach Suites and it was totally not as advertised. Lola was able to help us get into a decent room at same price. Thank you Lola!!!"
