"after being told my state certified birth certificate was not a valid birth certificate, one of your employees then told me she was glad I could not get on the royal caribbean cruise because I am white. not only did the company force elderly and disabled to stand in lines in the sun for hours and when i say hours I mean 4 to 6 with no water or food... they were rude and obviously racist! At least the police officer that overheard all this was nice and helped us with the truth.... and royal caribbean is refunding our monies and giving us a free cruise... but this company is a laughing stock and joke"

"Worst place to work! Mostly retired people and the young ones that work there don't have a life. Full of drama and nothing better to do! Management is terrible. They don't respond to emails. Training is terrible! You won't get much hours and your checks won't cover much if this is your only job. You have to kiss butt to get more hours. Also you must pay them for the uniform. If you buy your own white shirt you'll be in trouble and embarrassed for it. Standing for 4 or 5 hours If your lucky 6 hours. No time for lunch or breaks! Most of all dealing with irritating foreigners who think they know everything! Save yourself the lies and get a real job!"
