"I paid cash for a transfer from the Downtown Hilton to the cruise terminal through the Hilton concierge. We had 2 standard and 3 carry on type bags. We were the 1st to arrive for the transfer. However, others had less luggage. Our luggage was by no means significant for a 7 day cruise and the concierge signed us up for the transfer 2 days prior when we arrived and our bags were right beside us. This company delayed seating us then refused to take us to the terminal so they could pick up additional passengers elsewhere! They were paid cash, 2 days earlier, and refused to fulfill their contract and even did not refund our cash! We did take an Uber. Don't use this company no matter who recommends them."
