"We are so happy we chose this spot. It came as advertised! My wife and I were here with my 89 year old Dad. This 2 bedroom/2 bath, with a good sized living area, was perfect. The location is ideal. Great walks to the beach and restaurants. A lovely, quiet residential area. I highly recommend this place. And, the responsiveness of the Dream Destinations team was outstanding. A special thanks to Lisa for making us feel so welcome upon our (late) arrival on a very stormy night, and Sofia for being so attentive and responsive. We will be back."

We find the locale ideal both in terms of the building, its size and accommodations as well as its SOFI location within 3 minutes of sand and sea. The facility personnel including security are professionally pleasant and attentive. All services anticipated by one on vacation are readily available and of high quality. Indeed, no shortcomings come to mind."

"Overall we enjoyed our stay. John was so welcoming, super nice and gave us great tips on where to go in the area. Our flight was delayed and John accommodated our late arrival. Thank you! The beautiful condo was fully stocked with everything we needed, clean and has amazing panoramic views from the corner unit. Also includes a parking spot if you rent a car. Clean building, the heated pool was lovely and the hot tub was really nice and well maintained. Great location within walking distance to everything really. Quite part of south beach and residents want to keep it that way…they have strict security so if your a loud evening crowd this is not the place. There was construction going on each morning at 8am during our stay but we did not mind it too much. And right next door there is a convenient mini grocer market that sells hot Latin foods and Fresh coffee."

"A really great place to stay at south of fifth. A very efficient and convenient appartement. The beautiful Beach Park and all the great places within walking distance. A nice ocean view from the balcony with morning sun. A allocated garage parking space. We loved our stay and looking forward to come back."
