"Anything that has to do with the name of Dime Cuba, don't even think about doing any type of business with those agencies. They are the most informal and mediocre there are. It is a constant lie and they play with people as they please. You spend the year planning your vacations and these Dime Cuba Agencies ruin them for you in a moment. The informalities are blamed on the airlines, and the airlines blame them on them. Meanwhile, the client is in the middle, losing money and days without enjoying their vacation.
