"If I could give it less I would. Stay far away from this Airline. I paid over $700 for a flight and it was delayed 2 days. The airline claims they are a charter flight and therefore cannot reimburseme or offer any comps for food or lodging. What a horrible business practice. I recommend anyone to travel by any other means necessary or cancel all travel plans instead of using this airlines. SAVE YOUR MONEY and YOUR TIME. $700 for a less than 2hr flight... what a scam. I can’t wait until they lose their contract."

"I paid $700 for a round trip flight from Cuba to flordia. My flight was suppose to be early in the morning, it was delayed more than 6 hours for reasons that were unexplained. This causing me to miss my flight to go home on leave so I can see my family. This airline is charging 600+ dollars to soldiers so they can go home, and see their families, always having issues, never gaurnteed anything with this airline. If you book with it, book your second flight minimum 12 hours because they will probably delay it by 9."

"My husband flew IBC because Air Sunshine no longer travels to Guantanamo. He had a great flight down, but had reservations to fly back to Florida this morning but found out when he got to the airport that his flight decided to leave last night, rather than wait until the scheduled time and since the airport commander has to approve all flights into Guantanmao and he is on vacation, we may or may not have him home for Christmas. Thanks IBC - I'm just thrilled!"
