"We booked a "half day" Everglades tour that turned into 4 hours on a Coach, we were picked up from our hotel and driven to various other hotels picking people up and dropping them off for other tours. When we finally arrived at the Everglades the driver gave some terrible advice that no one understood on the coach so we ended up wondering aimlessly trying to work out where to be....not just us most of the coach ! The final straw was on the way back, when after dropping some people off the driver decided to have a cigarette whilst we sat spending more time on the coach....that was enough for us ! We got off and got an Uber! A good day spoiled by terrible coach journey and bad communication!"

"Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my absolute dissatisfaction with the shameful level of service provided by your company. I am taken aback by the gross negligence and complete disregard for customers that your team so clearly demonstrated. On our recent trip, the bus broke down. Ordinarily, any service provider worth their salt would ensure swift communication and fast resolution. Expectations aside, we got neither. The inconvenience was amplified by the delay of 5 grueling hours that we were forced to wait for the arrival of a new bus. Instead of being offered a sincere apology or an attempt at resolution, we were treated to the utter audacity of being told to "keep enjoying Key West." Needless to say, the enjoyment was brutally severed by the prolonged wait in the sweltering heat, made even worse by the inadequate response from your company's representatives. We were denied even the basic courtesy of a refund, which is the bare minimum your company can do after this catastrophic service failure. A refund, however, would have been but a pitiful attempt at making amends for the appalling experience we went through. Consider this my earnest piece of advice: BEWARE! With a demonstrated lack of responsibility, failure to communicate effectively, and an abysmal attitude towards customers, your company needs tremendous improvement. In its current state, your company is perilously close to leaving yet more customers disgruntled and stranded. I want to believe that this incident was an anomaly, not a trend. However, my faith in your services has been badly shaken. I hope that you treat this email as more than just a complaint. Let it be a wake-up call for the drastic changes your company needs to make to its service delivery and customer care approach."

"Process was simple. We had a great time as Disney with my daughter for the first time! Will definitely use them again when we travel to Florida next for vacation."

"Really nice people involved in these tours. And it provided a means to get from Miami to Orlando (Disney). However there were moments of confusion. We went to the hotel where we were to be picked up by bus at 4:30 am. Then, after I call the office, I’m told a ride share is coming to get us and take us to another hotel for pickup. Again, I’m the one who had to call to get this info. And the ride share driver DID NOT have my name, only the name of the tour rep who called him. So if I had not called, we would have sat there for a bus that would never come, and the ride share driver would be looking for a named rider who was not my name. There were a couple of other poor communication examples like this. Again, nice folks… but poor communications."
