"They literally steal money. Total scam. I reserved a ticket and cancelled within 24 hours. Got a refund for the 2 adult tickets but not the in-lap infant. Really? How are you going to keep $136.60 for no reason? Simply because you don’t get enough customers, and so you suck dry the unfortunate ones who end up on your site. Never again. Stay away from these unethical liars."

"I have same horrible experience like another costumers. I boked fly ticket to Europe. Travoport agent called me and informed about restriction (no cabin and personal luggage). I told him, I want ticket with cabin and personal luggage allowed. I can pay only for this what they offer me originally, and I am not going to pay more money. To protect myself I cancelled my credit card."

"Don't use them! Thank goodness I checked this company before the charge went through. My BF ordered the tickets and when he got home we received the exact call everyone is talking about. While talking to the representative, I got suspicious immediately and goggled the reviews, asked her to call back in 10 minutes, canceled the card. The charges weren't pending yet but to be safe bad on the reviews we canceled. The lady called back, I told her to cancel the reservation and she said there are no returns, I told her the card is canceled and have a good day. It was a lesson for my BF to research before trusting any company!!!"

"You can book a flight for cheaper than other flights but they won’t send you any email or confirmation with the actual flight and ticket. It’s a scam and they try to make you spend more and more money for better seats and don’t ever give the tickets to you. The people who run it are very unprofessional won’t let you talk and will consistently cut you off and try to say something to beat around the bush rather than answering your question about “why haven’t I received the tickets I paid for?” They will make up a story sayin it’s the airlines fault when in reality they never had the tickets to sell to anyone and they don’t sell any tickets to anyone they just keep the money you give them and try to scam people. This place needs to be shut down. If you charge people hundreds of dollars for a service than either provide the service or stop. Do NOT use/provide service to this business, they DO NOT provide ANY service and are just going to try to STEAL your money!!!"

"They said they booked my flight but didn't send me conformation and when I called all they said is " I can't hear you sir." They suddenly were able to "hear me" an hour before the flight. At which I was already charged for my flight but didn't have my ticket yet. They didn't get me the ticket but rather upcharged me for the same tickets or offered a ticket for the same price a week later.They even refused to reimburse me. They said I had to pay for a service that I didn't even want to take. I had to pay an extra $500 on top of what I was already charged, for an economy flight."
