"Went in with some questions and ended up booking with the cruise line I wanted and the route. Judith was able to get everything I wanted that I couldn't online. I've used Judith for many of our cruises. Thank you again Judith."
"Easy to understand and navigate website with up- to- the- minute cruise travel deal’s. We are having a great time on our cruise."
"I have the best TA at Cruise.com! Trisha Tavaneau goes above and beyond for her clients. We had a recent situation where we missed our cruise during our travels to Europe and she spent hours on the phone trying to help us find a solution. I can’t say enough how much we appreciated her efforts to help us. She sincerely cares about her clients and has always been readily available to help us with anything. All of our experiences with Cruise.com have been wonderful but this one really stands out. Having an agent on your side is so valuable if things don’t go according to planned. Trisha saved our trip! She took on a lot of the stress from having to rebook. So grateful we booked through cruise.com. They always have the best price and the best agents. Great job!"
"This was my first time booking a cruise. When I was instructed to pay the remaining balance on my cruise reservation I called the day before knowing my parties extension and getting a voicemail. I left one expecting to be contacted back. The next day was my deadline day. I called once again and was on hold for 2 plus hours. Once again I was sent to voicemail by the travel agent I booked with. When I got no response, and not wanting to loose my reservation for not paying, I contacted the cruise line directly to which I was answered right away and helped to pay the remaining balance that I owed. Weeks later I was contacted by this travel agent instructing me that I was late on my payment and that I needed to pay. When I contacted her back to explain what happened and that i had paid through the cruise line directly because I couldn’t get ahold of her or anyone the day i needed to make the payment, I was yelled at for contacting the cruise line directly and that should have never happened and that it was “illegal” for them to have ran my card for my reservation. I was told they should have not even asked for my registration number. Then I was informed on her end that I had not paid (when I had because it came out of my bank account) and that I needed to pay. Finally the cruise line called her and I was put on hold. After she came back on she informed me that I had paid but that she was going to have to jump through all these hoops to get the money transferred over to her from them. She also mentioned the guy that helped me knew that he should have not helped me and that he was in trouble. She then continued being mean and telling me over and over that I should have never done what I did. Honestly telling me one time would have been enough. I didn’t know, AND maybe if you want my money answer your phone or actually use your voicemail the way it’s supposed to be used and call people back. I didn’t do what I did knowing what i was doing. Had they called me back I would have paid through them. This was a horrible experience and I think I will book through the cruise line next time because they actually treated me with decent respect and were helpful."
"The unkempt landscaping outside of the office and abandoned vehicles make the place look horrible Edit since they want to respond to my review with lies: There are ABANDONED vehicles (a first gen RAV4, a Chevy conversion van and a K1500 Sierra) that sit in front of this business on NE 1 Terrace facing the casino across the street on Fronton. They haven't moved since my first review. They trimmed back the landscaping that was overgrown, though. My review isn't to bring down the business for the services they offer but for their facilities contributing to Dania bch Blvd looking like a sh*thole"
