"Must be fake reviews. Do NOT use this company! They are not local to Palm Harbor, East Lake or Clearwater. They will however tell you they are local. In fact they are out of the country making appointments with garage vendors that can’t be found elsewhere. I had a company come that is not listed anywhere. An inexperienced installer was out to install my brand new garage door opener. Told me install would take an hour but took 3.5 and he continued to refer to YouTube videos. Now I’ve got a brand new garage door that will not open properly as it’s been installed crooked. He repeatedly asked for my ID in which I told him I wasn’t comfortable providing. There was a language barrier but he very firmly insisted. To the point I was concerned how this would play out. He then showed me all of the previous customer ID’s he had on his phone with invoices. Exactly the reason you will not be getting your hands on mine. The company will not take responsibility for the faulty work. Continues to tell me that they will have a supervisor call and I’m getting nowhere! Beware!"
