"Long did my daughters nails. He gave her exactly what she wanted. Coffin shape with light pink French manicure. They are beautiful. He took his time and did an amazing job! Most importantly besides a beautiful product, Long and Mia gave us the most amazing customer service. They were both kind and humble and truly cared that we were comfortable and pleased with their service. They are skilled artisans as well as good people. Thank you Long and Mia for taking care of my daughter and for taking pride in the way you do your work. It is so hard to find people that care, I feel like Long and Mia care! Highly recommend them!"

"I called and scheduled an appointment for 4pm on Sunday. I got there right before my appointment time and sat for 20 minutes. Got called back to a pedicure chair and sat there for an extra 45 minutes while the employees did other customers nails. My water was cold, they never offered me anything by to drink while I waited. The lady finally comes to my chair to start my pedicure and rushed through it all. She scrubbed my feet for literally 5 seconds and finished my pedicure within 15 minutes. I went to pay and my French pedicure was $75. It’s not worth your time or money to go there. What’s the point of scheduling an appointment if you’re just going to sit there for over an hour waiting to get your services done? I won’t be back, and I hope everyone else takes these 1 star reviews seriously."

"Very clean and did a great job on my nails I've been going here for three months now. The anything I don't like is I can't understand what they talk about and I feel like they talk about the customers but who knows what they talk about. When I go back to get a fill in I will down load a translator where I can see what they are talking about. If it's bad I will up date this review but right now I give it 5 stars will keep you posted"

"My first experience: My tech was very nice. However, the language barrier makes it difficult. Although at times they use it to their advantage. For example, I asked for a pedi and mani. When I walked in, there’s no price listing that I can see. I asked and was told it’ll be $55. When I sit down, the up-sale starts hard. “You want this?” It’s a deluxe pedicure for $55. I almost said yes as I thought she was referring to doing both for $55. I told her no and she continue to push it. Later, I’m asked if I want gel. No thanks. As she gets ready to paint my toes, she pulls out an ultra Violet light thingy and proceeds to paint my toe with the gel base. I told her no, I don’t want gel. Long story short, I was not impressed with the results of my service. My nails were not glossy and as soon as I got in the car, my nails got damaged and messed up. They were overly painted, 3 coats, that made it hard to dry and easily damaged."
