"This company is a rip off! Easily took my money and refused to change the time. Our flight got delayed and they would not accommodate ti take us later to the airport. Guy at the desk was incredibly rude! Called manager and her refused to do anything! Stay away!!"
"Very easy to reserve. Nearly impossible to cancel. When I had to change my plans I called the phone number listed 3 times. The phone rang at least 12 times. No one picked up. No answering machine. When I realized the shuttle address was the same as the Ocean Sky Hotel I phoned the hotel. I was connected to the concierge who was able to cancel our reservation. BTW, Uber was much cheaper. Very disappointed."
